Membrane Coated Roof Panel
Our polyurethane filled, membrane coated roof panel has 5 pcs or 3 pcs pitches by subform. Net usage area is 1.000 mm,PVC membrane coated roof panels are used in 0-5% slope terrace roof applications. Panel thickness is 40-50-80 mm.
Kraft Paper Coated Roof Panel
Our polyurethane filled, kraft covered roof panels are 5 or 3 rings as of subform. The net useful area is 1,000 mm. 0 - 5 slope terraces are used in roof applications. On top of the roof panels with kraft paper cover, membrane coating can be done on the desired feature (for water isolation). Panel thickness is 40-50-80 mm.
Stone Wool Filled Double Locking System Roof Panel
Our stone wool filled roof panel has 5 pcs pitches by form. Its net usage area is 1.000 mm and double lock-in engagement system increases the load carrying capacity and allows to pass over larger openings. Panel thickness is 50 - 60 - 80 - 100 - 120 - 150 - 200 mm and sound isolation is 25 - 32 decibels. The duration of fire resistance according to TS EN 14509 is F60 for 80 mm, F120 for 100 - 120 mm, F150 for 150 - 200 mm. Fire class is A1 Class according to TS EN 14509.
Perforated Stone Wool Filled Roof Panel
The inner metal shell of our acoustic roof panels is perforated (porous) and the other outer surface is in standard form, is isolated thickness 50 - 60 - 80 - 100 - 120 - 150 or 200 mm thick stone wool . Acoustic stone wool filled panels are preferred for sound isolation in industrial buildings,boiler and generator rooms, structures where the sound level should be at a certain level, in cultural structures (theaters, cinema halls). Sound insulation is 30-32 decibels. The duration of fire resistance according to TS EN 14509 is F60 for 80 mm, F120 for 100 - 120 mm, F150 for 150-200 mm. Fire class is A1 Class according to TS EN 14509.
